Ride with caution. Assistance may be switched off, but Bosch says you can always keep pedalling without the motor.
What it means
A basic function is impaired because components have incompatible software versions. All components need the latest software.
Likely causes
- A component was not connected during a software update
- Outdated software
Symptoms
- Code F10004
- Assistance may not work
How to fix it
- Connect every eBike component, including removable and optional ones (display, battery).
- Update the software in the eBike Flow app or at your dealer.
- Switch the eBike system off, wait a few seconds, then switch it on again.
- If the code comes back, contact your Bosch eBike dealer.

Restart first; see a Bosch eBike dealer if it keeps coming back.
