What it means
The throttle is not working correctly. C961 uses Bafang protocol V4.0; with other controllers codes may differ.

- Damaged throttle or connector

- Check the throttle connector.
- Switch the bike off, wait 10 seconds and switch it on again.
- If the code stays, take the bike to your dealer or an e-bike repair shop.
