Rad Power Bikes error 10: Battery overvoltage

What it means

The battery is working outside its voltage limits. Rad says this is rare and can happen with a third-party battery or a controller problem.

Likely causes

• Non-Rad (third-party) battery fitted
• Controller fault

Symptoms

• Error 10 on the colour display
• Assist stops

How to fix it

1. Turn the bike off and on again.
2. Only use a Rad Power Bikes approved battery and charger.
3. If the error stays with a genuine Rad battery, contact Rad Power Bikes support.
