4: Maximum assist speed

Assisted top speed.

What it does

Sets the maximum speed at which the motor assists.

Before you change it

Legal: EU/UK/AU/NZ pedelecs are limited to 25 km/h assist and 250 W; US classes are limited to 20 mph (Class 1/2) or 28 mph (Class 3). Raising the limit can make the bike illegal on roads and can void your warranty and insurance.
