What it means
The controller sees too high a voltage, usually because the wrong battery has been fitted.
Likely causes
- Wrong battery fitted
- Wrong charger used
Symptoms
- E29 on the display
- No assist
How to fix it
- Make sure the battery is the correct Aventon battery for your bike.
- Check you are using the correct Aventon charger.
- If E29 stays, contact Aventon support.
