What it means
There is a fault with the bike lights powered by the eBike system.
Likely causes
- Faulty light
- Damaged or loose light cable
Symptoms
- Code 502 on the display
- Front or rear light not working
How to fix it
- Check the lights and the light cables for obvious damage.
- Switch the eBike system off, wait a few seconds, then switch it on again.
- If the code comes back, contact your Bosch eBike dealer.
