Likely causes
- Loose or damaged display cable
- Display/controller protocol mismatch

How to fix it
- With the bike switched off, check the connectors between the display, controller and motor are clean, dry and pushed fully home.
- Check the display cable for damage.
- Switch the bike off, wait 10 seconds and switch it on again.
- If the code stays, take the bike to your dealer or an e-bike repair shop.
