MAHLE ebikemotion error 35: Error #35 – Sensor voltage out of range

What it means

MAHLE/ebikemotion technical sheet: often a motor connector that is not fully seated. The dealer then checks the PAS, torque and throttle sensors and the motor.

Likely causes

• Motor connector not fully seated
• Sensor fault

Symptoms

• Flashing pink iWoc
• No assist

How to fix it

1. Switch the system off and on again and see if the pink flashing stops.
2. If it continues, visit an authorised dealer to check the motor connector and sensors.

How urgent is it?

Dealer check if a restart does not clear it.
