Rad Power Bikes error 24: Motor hall sensor fault

Ride with caution. You can pedal without assist; do not ride with a jerking motor.
What it means
The controller is not getting a correct position signal from the motor's hall sensors, usually because of the motor cable or connector.
Likely causes
- Loose, wet or damaged motor connector
- Damaged motor cable
- Faulty hall sensor in the motor
Symptoms
- Error 24 on the display
- LED display: pedal assist level 2 flashes
- Motor rough, jerky or not working
How to fix it
- Turn off, remove the battery and unplug the motor connector (pull straight, no twisting).
- Check for moisture, dirt or damage; reconnect lining up the arrows.
- With the rear wheel off the ground, check the throttle turns the wheel.
- If the error stays, note what happens and contact Rad Power Bikes support.
